By creating a VitaFiles account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. VitaFiles is developed by JadeCore Digital Solutions and operated by ACECORE Information Technology Solutions.
2. Not medical advice
VitaFiles is a personal health-tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may add family profiles only if you have authority to manage the health data of those individuals.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access data belonging to others, reverse-engineer the app, or use it in violation of any law.
5. Purchases
VitaFiles Lifetime Access is a one-time digital purchase. All sales are final, subject to the Refund Policy.
6. Data & privacy
Your use of VitaFiles is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change over time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VitaFiles, JadeCore Digital Solutions, and ACECORE Information Technology Solutions are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the app or via the account deletion page. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
