What is VitaFiles and who is it for?
VitaFiles is a simple daily health-tracking app built by JadeCore Cares. It is designed for families, caregivers, and anyone who wants to keep vital readings, lab results, prescriptions, and health notes in one calm, easy-to-use place — especially seniors and the people who care for them.
How much does it cost?
VitaFiles is a one-time purchase. The founding price is ₱179 for the first 100 families. After that, the regular price is ₱199. There are no subscriptions or hidden fees.
Can I use VitaFiles on multiple devices?
Yes. Your account and data sync across any device with a web browser. You can also add VitaFiles to your phone's home screen so it opens like a regular app, with no browser bars.
Is my health data safe?
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and stored in secure, managed cloud databases. Passwords are hashed — we never see them in plain text. For extra peace of mind, we also encourage you to download your own monthly data export from the Report screen.
Can I track health data for multiple family members?
Yes. VitaFiles supports multiple profiles under one account, so you can keep separate records for yourself, children, parents, or anyone you care for — all organized in one place.
What if I need a refund?
Because VitaFiles is a digital product, all sales are final. Refunds are only considered in rare cases such as a duplicate charge or a failed activation, and must be requested within 7 days of purchase. Contact support@jadecorelabs.com for assistance.
